Welp. We've been breached, folks.

Looks like one of the parties involved in EP's ongoing legal disputes has decided to take matters into their own hands. Suspicions lie with a certain nepo-baby known to be descended from a key player in Columbia's decision to release "Dylan" all those years ago. Who'd a thunk.

We're shaking our heads right along with our geek squad cuz whoever did the deed done got in and got out and changed the locks behind em to boot. So here we are, peddling a couple "pieces of work" not totally intended to see the light of day, but with little choice besides.

On the bright side there's a lot of truth is these songs. Woody Guthrie mighta said that. Coulda been Celly Cell, though. Who's to say anyways in these days of locusts and QVC reality TV? Where's History couchsurfing anymore? Bob Kaufman would know.

But Hell, "Deguello" rings like a song from long ago, hot pipe for piccolos as it was and is. And since the echo trills strong all these years later well it must be a true fit or else why wouldn't it?

And I'm not a twice-right broken-clock if there ain't at least a few truths scattered in and across "Kyrie." Not sure I could say which they are but every so often one's gotta reckon their own.

So there's that.
